By registering for and attending this event, I authorise Banque Internationale à Luxembourg SA, with its registered office at 69 route d’Esch, L-2953 Luxembourg (RCS Luxembourg B-6307) – hereinafter “BIL” – to film and/or take photos of me and to use the still images and/or video clips in which I appear, taken on 05/06/2019 at BIL - 69 route d’Esch, L-2953 Luxembourg as part of the creation and publication of multimedia content (videos and photos).

This authorisation is valid for all photos/video with no specific target (capturing the general ambiance of the event, with no specific individual or group as the principal subject).

The authorisation applies exclusively to use by or under the direct responsibility of BIL.
Still images and/or video clips may be used, either wholly or in part, and integrated with other still, animated, altered or digitally edited images.
Multimedia content will be published on BIL’s Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn pages; the www.bil.com and my-life.lu websites; BIL’s YouTube channel; and the intranet.
Photographic/video documentation is intended to promote the event and convey its general atmosphere.

This authorisation is valid from 05/06/2019.

I expressly waive the right to remuneration of any kind whatsoever for the use of this multimedia content as described in this authorisation. I hereby acknowledge and accept that this authorisation in no way obliges BIL to use the images in which I appear.
